Terms of Registration

• Your registration reserves a space in a group class for you

• You may send a substitute to take your place for the specific class and date for which you have registered.

• For on-site classes the customer is solely responsible for providing the facilities, computers & the applicable software, Our instructors will not be setting up, installing or configuring your computers. if pc's / application software is not available then we recommend that the customer to provide a projector with a screen for the instructor.

• Manuals containing additional practice lessons & appendix are for reference purposes only. Please note that you will need the appropriate application software on your own PC to practice any student manual/exercise.

• Student exercise will be provided as a downloadable link if applicable.

• No refunds are offered on any registered class including: on-site classes, one-on-one, custom classes, private classes, open registration classes and on no-shows.

• Classes are held subject to meeting our minimum required participants and weather conditions & therefore may be rescheduled even after confirmation.

• Classes with only 4 or less students will end earlier. 

• Phone support is not offered for this class.

• The class will be conducted based on the course outline, however if you want training on your own data files or to meet your own specific needs, please call for a custom class & pricing information.
